Abstract: As food safety issues become increasingly severe, the detection of harmful substances in food has become particularly important.Solid-phase extraction technology,as an eficient and simple sample pretreatment method,has been widely applied to the detection of contaminants in food.This paper summarizes the basic principles and classification of solid-phase extraction technology,discusses its applications and challenges in food testing, aiming to provide theoretical basis and practical guidance for the further developmentand optimization of solid-phase extraction technology in food testing.
