Exploration of Safety Production Management Strategies for Compound Food Additives

Abstract: Compound food additives have the functions of enhancing the sensory characteristics of food, improving the texture and taste offood,and extending the shelflifeoffood,andare widelyused inthe modernfood industry.Inorder to improve thequalityand safetyofcompound fod additives,targeted management strategies were proposed based on three aspects ofsafety production protection,safety production self inspection,and product recall management, in order to provide references for the safety production management of compound food additives.
