膳食營養(yǎng)干預(yù)視角下老年人飲食需求與改善對策
Dietary Nutrition Intervention Perspective on the Dietary Needs of the Elderly and Improvement Countermeasures

Abstract: From the perspective of dietary nutrition intervention, this paper analyzes the physiological characteristics and the particularityof dietary needs ofthe elderly,explores the typical problems existing in their daily diet, and proposes targeted improvement countermeasures. The research focuses on the needs for energy, macronutrients and micronutrients,water and dietary fiber. Combining the eating habits of the elderly and the curent situationof nutritional imbalance,it is proposed to improve the nutritional health levelof the elderlythrough optimizing the dietary structure, improving cooking methods and strengthening health education.
