Abstract: Food quality inspection data serves as an important basis for ensuring food safety,andits management level directlyafects the effectivenessof supervisionand social trust.This paper systematicallycombs through the key issues inthe whole-processmanagement offood quality inspection data,and puts forward targeted countermeasures such as optimizing data collction technologies,improving theaudit mechanism,strengthening storage security,and depening data analysis and application.These measures aim to provide a theoretical reference for enhancing the scientific level of data management and promoting the modernization of food safety governance.
