Study on Complex Enzymatic-Assisted Extraction of Total Flavonoids of Chrysanthemum morifolium Ramat.

Abstract: The total flavonoids of Chrysanthemum morifolium Ramat. were extracted using a composite enzyme-assisted method,with the total flavonoid extraction amount as the evaluation index.Single factor and orthogonal experiments were conducted to optimize the composite enzyme-asisted extraction process.The results showed that the optimal extraction conditions for the total flavonoids of Chrysanthemum morifolium Ramat. were a composite enzyme amount of 50mg ,an extraction time of 80 minutes, and a composite enzyme ratio of 1:1 Under these extraction conditions, the total flavonoid extraction amount was 38.75mg?g-1 . The composite enzyme-assisted extraction method is eficient and gentle,which can provide a reference for the development and application of the total flavonoids of Chrysanthemum morifolium Ramat..
