Research on Hygiene Management Issues and Solutions in the Food Processing Process of Socialized Service Canteens in Colleges and Universities

Abstract: The socialization reform of university logistics has been continuously deepened.The operational efficiency and service quality of socialized service canteens have been significantly improved, but the hygiene management problems in the food processing processhave gradually emerged.At present,there are many problems inthesocializedservicecanteens ofcollegesanduniversities,suchas the weak hygieneawareness ofthestaff,improper maintenance of facilitiesand equipment,and the lack of supervision and inspection mechanisms.In this regard, this article proposes solutions such as strengthening hygiene training for practitioners,upgrading and renewing facilitiesand equipment,and establishinga diversifed supervisionand inspection system,in order to promote the standardization,normalizationand long-term effectivenessoffoodsafetymanagement, ensure thedietarysafetyand health of teachers and students, and promote the sustainable and healthy development of canteens.
