Abstract: With the improvement of people's health awareness, the health food market is booming. Among them, naturalplant ingredientsareanimportantcomponentofhealthfood,andtheir types andcontents directlyaffect product quality and eficacy. Therefore,rapid and accurate detection of natural plant components in health food is of great significance for safeguarding consumer rights and regulating market order.This article studies various rapid detectionmethods for natural plant components inhealth food, including chromatographic technology,spectroscopic technology,immunoassay technology,tc.Itanalyzes theprinciples,characteristics,andapplicationexamplesofeach method,explores the application challenges and development trends ofhealth fod detection technology,and aims to establish an efficient and reliable natural plant component detection system for health food.
