Analysis and Countermeasures Research on the Catering Management Mode of Guizhou University's Canteens

Abstract: With the continuous improvement of the education level of colleges and universities, the catering management of campus canteens is also facing new opportunities and challenges. As an important part of school logistics management,the solution of canteen management problems is of great significance to improving the quality of catering services,ensuring the health of teachers and students,and maintaining campus stability.Taking Guizhou University as an example, this paper deeply analyzes the various business models of canteen catering management on campus,and proposes targeted response strategies based on the current problems,in order to provide a useful reference for the optimization of the catering management work model of Guizhou University'canteens.
