A Study on the Current Status and Influencing Factors of Dietary Health Literacy Among College Students in a Vocational College in Sichuan Province

Abstract: Objective: To analyze the current situation and influencing factors of dietary health literacy of colege students ina higher vocational collge in Sichuan province,and to providea basis for formulating targeted intervention strategies.Method: In April 2025,the conveniencesampling method was used to survey collge students through electronic questionnaires. One-way analysis of variance and multiple linear regresson analysis were used to study the factors influencing the dietary health literacyofcolege students.Result: Atotalof314 questionnaires were collected, of which 304 were valid, with an effective rate of 96.82% .The score of dietary health literacy of college students was (8.98±2.82) . Multiple linear regresson analysis showed that grade, weekly regular exercise frequency and sleep duration were the main influencing factors ofcollege students’dietary health literacy.Conclusion: The dietary health literacyofcollege students in a vocational collge in Sichuan province is low, which canbe improved through systematic knowledge accumulation, regular exercise and adequate sleep.
