Abstract: This paper evaluates the health risks of aspartame in pregnant women, infants, phenylketonuria (PKU) patients and patients with chronic diseases, analyzes the diferences inthe methodologies ofcarcinogenicity assessment in international institutions, proposes a hierarchical threshold management system based onmetabolic Vulnerability, and suggests strengthening waring signs, accurate monitoring and dynamic risk communication. This studycan provide a scientific basis for the revision offood additive safety standards for special populations, and then promote a diferentiated risk management framework, which has important practical value for improving the global regulatory system and protecting the health of sensitive groups.
