Discussion on Food Safety Management Under the Risk Management Model

Abstract: Based on the current situation of frequent food safety problems,this paper deeply analyzes the limitations of traditional food safety management models,and clarifies the necesity and advantages of introducing risk management models.Bysystematically sorting out the methods of food safety risk identification and assessment, aiming at the risksofraw materials,production,packaging,storage and transportation,and personnel management, the countermeasures such as building and improving the risk assssment system,strengthening therisk controlof the whole processand strengthening regulatory cooperation are proposed,aiming to provide a scientific framework and practical path for improving the level of food safety management in China.
