Research on Problems and Strategies of Organic Fruit and Vegetable Food Safety Supervision

Abstract: With people's pursuit of green living,organic fruits and vegetables have rapidly become a new upstart in the market as pollution-free green foods,and their food safety supervision issues have gradually become the focus of public attention.This article analyzes the shortcomings in the currnt regulatory system for organic fruit and vegetable food safety, including incomplete regulatory systems,uneven qualifications of certification agencies, limited consumer right to know,and the need to improveregulatory efficiency.It proposes optimization strategies such as improving the food safety regulatory system, strengthening the qualification management of certification agencies,safeguarding consumer right to know,and enhancing foodsafetyregulatory efficiency,inorder toprovide theoretical guidance for promoting the healthy and sustainable development of the organic fruit and vegetable industry.
