Uncertainty Evaluation for Determination of Fluxapyroxad in Cabbage by HPLC-MS/MS

Abstract:A mathematical model was established based on the standard method of GB 2320o.121—2021 to evaluate the uncertainty of the high performance liquid chromatography tandem mass spectrometry (HPLC-MS/MS) method for determining the content of fluconazole in cabbage. Based on the system identification and quantitative analysis of the contributing factors of uncertainty in each step of the detection process,the composite standard uncertainty is calculated. The results showed that the content of fluxapyroxad in cabbage was 0.028mg-kg-1 ,with an extended uncertainty of 0.008mg?kg-1 (k=2) .The preparationof standard solutionand fitting of standard curve were the main uncertainties introduced during the measurement process.
