Research on the Application of Microbial Detection Technology in Food Quality Control

Abstract: This paper combs the specific application scenarios of microbial detection technology in the whole food production chain,including raw material procurement, production and processing,storage and transportation, and sales. On this basis,optimization strategies are proposed from the dimensions of detection technology selection, equipment management, personnel capacity improvement, and technological innovation, aiming to provide a theoretical reference for improving the food quality control system.
