Research on Quality Control Problems and Countermeasures in Food Heavy Metal Detection

Abstract: This article analyzes the current problems in heavy metal detection in food,including outdated detection technologies,severe equipment aging, difficulties in promoting the application of emerging detection technologies,uneven professional abilities ofdetection personnel,and the need to strengthen the managementof detection environment control. Targeted strategies are proposed to upgrade existing detection technologies and strengthen the maintenance and update management of detectionequipment, enhance technological innovation and research and development,reduce application and promotion costs,carry out hierarchical classification training and form acomposite talent team,optimize the layout of detection zones,and strengthen the control of detection environments.The aim is to improve the standardization construction of the detection process,enhance the reliability of detection results,and provide theoretical support and practical reference for food safety supervision.
