Research on the Influence of Different Pretreatment Methods on the Detection of Organophosphorus Pesticide Residues in Vegetables

Abstract: Objective:To systematically explore the influence of different pretreatment methods on the detection results oforganophosphorus pesticideresidues in vegetables and optimize the detection methods oforganophosphorus pesticide residues in vegetables.Method: Taking common vegetables as samples,the efects of diffrent extraction methods (oscilltion extraction,Soxhlet extraction, microwave assisted extraction),ultrasonic time (10,20, 30min ),filtration methods (activated carbon adsorption method, aluminum membrane filtration method, PSA method),and extraction liquids (acetone,petroleum ether,acetonitrile)on the detectionresults oforganophosphorus pesticide residues were studied respectively. And experiments were caried out in combination with gas chromatography analysis technology. Result: The recovery rates were relatively high by using microwave-asisted extraction,ultrasonic treatment for 20min , activated carbon adsorption method and acetonitrile extraction solution. Under this optimized condition,the recovery rate and precision met the standards.Conclusion: Theoptimized method is efficient and convenient,and is suitable for detecting organophosphorus pesticide residues in vegetables.
