Abstract: As an important component of food safety, the establishment and improvement of the quality management system in food inspection laboratories are crucial as food safety issues become increasingly prominent. The quality management system is an important guarantee for ensuring the accuracy and reliability of inspection results,as wellas the eficiencyand service qualityof inspection work.This article elaborates on the importanceof quality management systems in food inspection laboratories,analyzes the efective application of quality management systems in food inspection laboratories,and provides strong guarantees for food safety.
