新時(shí)代高校弘揚(yáng)勞模精神的價(jià)值意蘊(yùn)和實(shí)踐路徑

摘 要 勞模精神是社會(huì)主義核心價(jià)值觀的生動(dòng)詮釋，是民族精神和時(shí)代精神的重要組成部分。高校是培養(yǎng)人才的搖籃，是社會(huì)主義精神文明建設(shè)的重要陣地。在科學(xué)把握新時(shí)代勞模精神核心內(nèi)涵的基礎(chǔ)上，通過制度建設(shè)、文化創(chuàng)設(shè)、課程融入三個(gè)維度大力弘揚(yáng)勞模精神，對(duì)于高校立德樹人、培根鑄魂有著重要意義。

Abstract The spirit of model workers is a vivid interpretation of the core socialist values and an important component of the national spirit and the spirit of the times. Universities are the cradle for cultivating talents and an important battlefield for the construction of socialist spiritual civilization. On the basis of scientifically grasping the core connotation of the spirit of model workers in the new era， it is of great significance to vigorously promote the spirit of model workers through three dimensions： institutional construction， cultural creation， and curriculum integration， in order to cultivate moral character and cultivate the soul of universities.
