Abstract In the rapidly changing market environment， the development of leadership is crucial for the success of college student entrepreneurial teams. The article deeply analyzes the current development status of leadership in college student entrepreneurship teams， reveals the impact of leadership on entrepreneurial success， and proposes a series of leadership training strategies， aiming to provide useful references for college student entrepreneurship education practice.
