校企深度融合下現(xiàn)代產(chǎn)業(yè)學(xué)院運(yùn)行模式研究

摘 要 文章重點(diǎn)研究了校企深度融合下現(xiàn)代產(chǎn)業(yè)學(xué)院的運(yùn)行模式，結(jié)合江陰職業(yè)技術(shù)學(xué)院與海瀾集團(tuán)共建的海瀾產(chǎn)業(yè)學(xué)院運(yùn)行現(xiàn)狀，從現(xiàn)代產(chǎn)業(yè)學(xué)院應(yīng)拓展共建渠道、探索共管共育人才培養(yǎng)模式、協(xié)作開(kāi)發(fā)校企合作課程、建設(shè)優(yōu)秀師資隊(duì)伍等方面進(jìn)行深度分析，從而為提升校企共建的現(xiàn)代產(chǎn)業(yè)學(xué)院實(shí)踐效益提供借鑒。

Abstract The article focuses on the practical strategies of the operation mode of the modern industrial college jointly built by schools and enterprises through deep integration. Combining with the current situation of the operation practice of the Hailan Industrial College jointly built by Jiangyin Polytechnic College and Hailan Group， the article conducts in-depth analysis from the aspects of expanding the co construction channels， exploring the co management and co education talent training mode， collaborating on the development of school enterprise cooperation courses， and building an excellent teaching staff team of the modern industrial college jointly built by schools and enterprises， in order to provide reference for improving the operational efficiency of the modern industrial college jointly built by schools and enterprises.
