“食品安全與檢測(cè)”課程理論與實(shí)踐融合教學(xué)模式探索

摘 要 文章通過(guò)對(duì)“食品安全與檢測(cè)”課程“理論與實(shí)踐融合教學(xué)模式”的探索與實(shí)踐,夯實(shí)了學(xué)生的專(zhuān)業(yè)知識(shí)與技能,強(qiáng)化了當(dāng)代大學(xué)生的職業(yè)道德教育。實(shí)踐證明,“食品安全與檢測(cè)”課程理論與實(shí)踐的融合,不僅使學(xué)生們對(duì)專(zhuān)業(yè)知識(shí)更感興趣,還能增強(qiáng)其自主學(xué)習(xí)意識(shí),提高職業(yè)道德素養(yǎng)。

Abstract The article explores and practices the integration of theory and practice in the teaching mode of "Food Safety and Testing" course, which consolidates students' professional knowledge and skills and strengthens the professional ethics education of contemporary college students. Practice has proven that the integration of theory and practice in the course of "Food Safety and Testing" not only makes students more interested in professional knowledge, but also enhances their awareness of self-directed learning and improves their professional ethics.

2020 年,教育部印發(fā)的《高等學(xué)校課程思政建設(shè)指導(dǎo)綱要》指出,針對(duì)理學(xué)類(lèi)專(zhuān)業(yè)課程,要注重科學(xué)思維方法的訓(xùn)練和科學(xué)倫理的教育,培養(yǎng)學(xué)生探索未知、追求真理、勇攀科學(xué)高峰的責(zé)任感和使命感[1]。(剩余4834字)
