加強(qiáng)校際教學(xué)合作 提高人才培養(yǎng)質(zhì)量

摘 要:為提高人才培養(yǎng)質(zhì)量,要加強(qiáng)校際教學(xué)合作,做好頂層設(shè)計(jì),完善校際教學(xué)合作相關(guān)管理體制和運(yùn)行機(jī)制。該文基于學(xué)生校際交流學(xué)習(xí),促進(jìn)人才培養(yǎng)模式的優(yōu)化創(chuàng)新,以優(yōu)勢互補(bǔ)為原則,充分實(shí)現(xiàn)校際優(yōu)質(zhì)教育資源的共享,助力學(xué)校實(shí)現(xiàn)高水平應(yīng)用型人才培養(yǎng)目標(biāo)。

Abstract: In order to improve the quality of talent training, we strengthened inter-school teaching cooperation, made top-level design, improved the management system and operation mechanism of inter-school teaching cooperation. Based on intercollegiate exchange learning, the optimization and innovation of talent training mode was promoted, the principle of complementary advantages was adopted, the sharing of quality educational resources was fully realize, which helped the school to realize the goal of high-level applied talents.
