紫外可見分光光度計(jì)在食品檢測中的應(yīng)用探討
摘 要:紫外可見分光光度計(jì)憑借操作簡便、分析速度快、靈敏度高、重復(fù)性好等特點(diǎn),在食品檢測領(lǐng)域發(fā)揮著重要作用,為食品質(zhì)量安全控制提供了可靠的技術(shù)支持。本文簡要介紹紫外可見分光光度計(jì)的工作原理和應(yīng)用優(yōu)勢,重點(diǎn)闡述其在食品添加劑定性定量分析、營養(yǎng)成分測定、食品污染物檢測以及食品真?zhèn)舞b別等方面的應(yīng)用。

Exploration of the Application of Ultraviolet Visible Spectrophotometer in Food Detection

Abstract: Ultraviolet visible spectrophotometer plays an important role in the field of food detection by virtue of its simple operation, fast analysis speed, high sensitivity and good repeatability, and provides reliable technical support for food quality and safety control. This paper briefly introduces the working principle and application advantages of ultraviolet visible spectrophotometer, and focuses on its application in the qualitative and quantitative analysis of food additives, the determination of nutrients, the detection of food contaminants and the identification of food authenticity.
