摘 要：本文對快速檢測技術(shù)在食品安全監(jiān)管中的應(yīng)用進(jìn)行探討。通過闡述食品快速檢測技術(shù)在食品安全監(jiān)管中的作用、應(yīng)用現(xiàn)狀，提出提升食品快速檢測技術(shù)應(yīng)用的措施，以期助力食品安全監(jiān)管。
