雞內(nèi)金在功能性食品中的應(yīng)用研究

摘 要：雞內(nèi)金作為一種藥食同源物質(zhì)，含有多種功能性的天然成分，可用于功能性食品的開發(fā)。雞內(nèi)金功能性食品能夠調(diào)節(jié)人體機(jī)能，改善消化不良等癥狀，能夠滿足人們對健康飲食的需求，幫助人們保持健康的生活方式。本文介紹了雞內(nèi)金的化學(xué)成分和藥理作用，綜述了其在功能性食品中的應(yīng)用進(jìn)展。

Research on the Application of Chickens Gizzard-Membrane in Functional Foods

Abstract： Chickens gizzard-membrane， as a food and medicine material， contains a variety of functional natural components and can be used for the development of functional foods. Functional foods made from chickens gizzard-membrane can regulate human functions， improve symptoms such as indigestion， meet people’s needs for healthy eating， and help people maintain a healthy lifestyle. This article introduces the chemical composition and pharmacological effects of chickens gizzard-membrane， and reviews its application progress in functional foods.

功能性食品是指具有特定保健功能或者以補(bǔ)充維生素、礦物質(zhì)為目的，能夠調(diào)節(jié)機(jī)體功能，但不以治療疾病為目的，同時對人體不產(chǎn)生任何急性、亞急性或者慢性危害的食品。（剩余4290字）
