摘 要：食品微生物檢測(cè)是保障食品安全的重要手段之一。本文概述了微生物檢測(cè)的主要內(nèi)容、指標(biāo)和特點(diǎn)，探討了食品微生物檢測(cè)質(zhì)量控制的影響因素，并針對(duì)性提出相應(yīng)的質(zhì)量控制措施，旨在推動(dòng)食品微生物檢測(cè)質(zhì)量控制水平提升，更好地保障消費(fèi)者的飲食安全。

Influencing Factors and Improvement Measures for Food Microbiological Testing Quality Control

Abstract： Food microbiological testing is one of the important means to ensure food safety. This article summarizes the main contents， indicators and characteristics of microbiological testing， discusses the factors affecting the quality control of food microbiological testing， and puts forward corresponding quality control measures in order to promote the improvement of the quality control level of food microbiological testing and better ensure the food safety of consumers.
