摘 要：為了滿足日益增長的富硒食品市場需求并保障消費(fèi)者健康權(quán)益，本文分析富硒食品加工現(xiàn)存問題，并提出富硒食品加工現(xiàn)存問題的解決對策，從而推動富硒食品加工行業(yè)的發(fā)展。

The Existing Problems and Solutions in the Processing of Selenium-Rich Food

Abstract： In order to meet the growing market demand of selenium-rich food and protect the health rights and interests of consumers， this paper analyzes the existing problems of selenium-rich food processing， and puts forward solutions to the existing problems， so as to promote the development of selenium-rich food processing industry.
