咖啡攝入與高尿酸血癥關系的研究進展

摘 要:高尿酸血癥是體內嘌呤代謝異常促使尿酸合成增加和(或)排泄減少引起的一種代謝性疾病。近年來,飲用咖啡人群的數量逐年增加。因此,咖啡攝入與血尿酸水平及高尿酸血癥的研究已成為學者關注的焦點。多數研究發(fā)現,咖啡攝入可以降低血尿酸水平和預防高尿酸血癥。本研究綜述了咖啡攝入防治高尿酸血癥的潛在機制。

Research Progress on the Relationship Between the Intake of Coffee and Hyperuricemia

Abstract: Hyperuricemia (HUA) is a metabolic disease caused by abnormal purine metabolism, increased synthesis and (or) decreased excretion of uric acid.  In recent years, the number of coffee drinkers has increased year by year. Therefore, studies on coffee intake and serum uric acid level and HUA have become the focus of scholars. Several studies have shown that coffee intake can reduce uric acid levels and prevent hyperuricemia. This study reviewed the potential mechanisms of coffee intake in the prevention and treatment of HUA.
