食品檢驗(yàn)中微生物檢測技術(shù)的應(yīng)用
摘 要:食品安全一直是公眾關(guān)注的焦點(diǎn),微生物污染是引發(fā)食品安全問題的重要因素之一。因此,食品檢驗(yàn)中微生物檢測技術(shù)的應(yīng)用研究具有重要的理論和實(shí)踐意義。本文綜述了食品檢驗(yàn)中微生物檢測技術(shù)的應(yīng)用,期望為食品安全監(jiān)管機(jī)構(gòu)、食品生產(chǎn)者和相關(guān)研究人員提供參考,促進(jìn)食品檢驗(yàn)技術(shù)的發(fā)展和創(chuàng)新。

Abstract: Food safety has always been the focus of public attention, and microbial contamination is one of the important factors triggering food safety problems. Therefore, the study of the application of microbial detection technology in food inspection has important theoretical and practical significance. This paper reviews the application of microbial detection technology in food inspection, expecting to provide references for food safety regulatory agencies, food producers and related researchers, and to promote the development and innovation of food inspection technology.
