蔬菜農(nóng)藥殘留檢測(cè)的研究進(jìn)展

摘 要：當(dāng)前，隨著科技的進(jìn)步與發(fā)展，化學(xué)農(nóng)藥被大量使用，農(nóng)藥殘留問(wèn)題受到人們的廣泛關(guān)注。農(nóng)藥的不規(guī)范使用會(huì)導(dǎo)致農(nóng)藥殘留超標(biāo)問(wèn)題，影響食品安全。本文介紹了幾種常見(jiàn)的農(nóng)藥殘留檢測(cè)方法，分析了檢測(cè)方法的原理和優(yōu)缺點(diǎn)，以提升蔬菜中農(nóng)藥殘留的檢測(cè)水平，避免農(nóng)藥殘留超標(biāo)的蔬菜流入市場(chǎng)，確保食品安全。

Recent Advances in the Detection of Pesticide Residues in Vegetables

Abstract： Currently， with the progress and development of technology， chemical pesticides are widely used， and the problem of pesticide residues has received widespread attention. The non-standard use of pesticides can lead to excessive pesticide residues and affect food safety. This article introduces several common pesticide residue detection methods， analyzes the principles， advantages and disadvantages of detection methods， in order to improve the detection level of pesticide residues in vegetables， avoid vegetables with excessive pesticide residues from entering the market， and ensure food safety.
