摘 要:本文采用氫化物發(fā)生原子熒光光譜法測(cè)定大米粉中的砷元素。結(jié)果表明,砷在0~20.0 ng·mL-1線性關(guān)系良好,儀器的檢出限為0.18 ng,方法的精密度(RSD,n=7)為1.5%,回收率為93%~106%,測(cè)定值與標(biāo)準(zhǔn)值十分接近。

Determination of Arsenic in Rice Flour by Hydride Generation Atomic Fluorescence Spectroscopy

Abstract: The determination of arsenic in rice flour by hydride generation atomic fluorescence spectrometry was studied. The results showed that the linear relationship of arsenic was good between 0 ng·mL-1 and 20.0 ng·mL-1, with a detection limit of 0.18 ng for the instrument. The precision of the method (RSD, n=7) was 1.5%, and the recovery rate was 93% ~ 106%. The measured value was very close to the standard value.
