摘 要:本文介紹了調(diào)味料的產(chǎn)品分類情況,闡述了調(diào)味料的基本生產(chǎn)流程及其關(guān)鍵工藝控制要求以及泉州市調(diào)味料現(xiàn)場(chǎng)核查工作現(xiàn)狀,總結(jié)分析了泉州市調(diào)味料現(xiàn)場(chǎng)核查問題,并針對(duì)問題提出了解決對(duì)策,為規(guī)范泉州市調(diào)味料生產(chǎn)加工提供了一定的可行性經(jīng)驗(yàn)。

Production and Processing Requirements of Seasonings and Analysis of On-Site Verification Problems

Abstract: This paper introduces the product classification of seasoning, expounds the basic production process and key process control requirements of seasoning and the status quo of seasoning on-site inspection in Quanzhou city, summarizes and analyzes the problems of seasoning on-site inspection in Quanzhou city, and puts forward countermeasures to solve the problems, which provides some feasible experience for standardizing the production and processing of seasoning in Quanzhou city.
