糧油加工環(huán)節(jié)存在的質(zhì)量安全問題與對策

摘 要：隨著生活質(zhì)量的提升，人們對糧油食品質(zhì)量提出了更高的要求，也更加注重糧油食品的安全性和營養(yǎng)性。然而，糧油加工過程中加工原料的質(zhì)量、加工工藝以及生產(chǎn)添加物都會對糧油質(zhì)量安全產(chǎn)生影響。本文將對糧油加工環(huán)節(jié)存在的質(zhì)量安全問題進(jìn)行分析，并提出糧油加工環(huán)節(jié)質(zhì)量安全的控制策略，以提升糧油加工的質(zhì)量。

Quality and Safety Problems in Grain and Oil Processing and Countermeasures

Abstract： With the improvement of life quality， people put forward higher requirements on the quality of grain， oil and food， and pay more attention to the safety and nutrition of grain， oil and food. However， the quality of processing raw materials， processing technology and production additives in the process of grain and oil processing will affect the quality and safety of grain and oil. This paper will analyze the quality and safety problems existing in grain and oil processing， and put forward the quality and safety control strategies for grain and oil processing links， so as to improve the quality of grain and oil processing.
