摘 要:無(wú)菌罐作為無(wú)菌液體產(chǎn)品的暫存罐,在乳品加工中應(yīng)用非常廣泛。本文以某公司無(wú)菌罐為例,介紹無(wú)菌罐的構(gòu)造和使用,總結(jié)其在無(wú)菌灌裝過(guò)程中的應(yīng)用特點(diǎn)和質(zhì)量控制,為乳品加工線選擇配置無(wú)菌罐及加工過(guò)程質(zhì)量控制提供參考。

Application Characteristics and Quality Control of Aseptic Tank in Dairy Processing

Abstract: Aseptic tank equipment, as a temporary storage tank for sterile liquid products, is widely used in dairy processing. This article takes a sterile tank from a certain company as an example. It was expected to provide references of aseptic tank selecting and quality controlling in the aseptic filling process, by introducing the structure and use of aseptic tank, as well as summarizing the application characteristics and quality control in the sterile filling process.
