某汽油發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)雙質(zhì)量飛輪啟動(dòng)敲擊的研究

摘 要:針對(duì)某混動(dòng)車型高壓縮比三缸發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)在點(diǎn)火前雙質(zhì)量飛輪敲擊問題,本文通過對(duì)發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)燃燒數(shù)據(jù)分析及雙質(zhì)量飛輪內(nèi)部離心擺敲擊能量分析,進(jìn)行實(shí)物確認(rèn),最終提高離心擺內(nèi)部橡膠吸能能力,有效地解決了發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)雙質(zhì)量飛輪啟動(dòng)敲擊的問題,為匹配離心擺雙質(zhì)量飛輪在高壓縮比混動(dòng)發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)上的引用及設(shè)計(jì)方案提供參考。
