摘 要：動力擰緊工具是汽車總裝線上重要的裝配工具，工具轉(zhuǎn)速對裝配效率和裝配質(zhì)量都有重要影響。本文主要探討小扭矩擰緊點工具轉(zhuǎn)速對擰緊質(zhì)量的影響，通過選取不同擰緊類型的緊固點進(jìn)行實際擰緊分析，驗證了過高的轉(zhuǎn)速對擰緊質(zhì)量的負(fù)向影響。

Analysis of the Influence of Tool Speed on Tightening Torque Quality

Abstract：Power tightening tool is an important assembly tool on the automobile assembly line， and the tool speed has an important impact on the assembly efficiency and assembly quality. This paper mainly discusses the influence of tool speed of small torque tightening points on tightening quality， and verifies the negative influence of excessive speed on tightening quality by selecting fastening points of different tightening types for actual tightening analysis.
