摘 要：高質(zhì)量就業(yè)體現(xiàn)了學(xué)校辦學(xué)質(zhì)量與人才培養(yǎng)水平，新時代汽車類專業(yè)人才需求分析研究對于制定人才培養(yǎng)方案，貫穿教育培養(yǎng)汽車類人才至關(guān)重要，本文從新時代汽車類專業(yè)概況，汽車后市場現(xiàn)實情況與將來發(fā)展，新時代汽車后市場維修人員要求，新時代汽車行業(yè)人才崗位對應(yīng)能力分析四個方面做了分析論述。

Analysis of the Demand for Automotive Professionals in Vocational Colleges in the New Era

Abstract：High-quality employment reflects the quality of school and talent training level， and the analysis and research of the demand for automotive professionals in the new era is very important for the formulation of talent training programs， and the training of automotive talents throughout education. This paper analyzes and discusses from four aspects： the overview of automotive majors in the new era， the reality and future development of the automotive aftermarket， the requirements of maintenance personnel in the automotive aftermarket in the new era， and the analysis of the corresponding ability of automotive industry talents in the new era.
