典型零件在車銑復合機床上的加工工藝

摘 要：在車銑復合上，零件可以只進行一次裝夾來完成從毛坯到成品的全部車削工序和銑削工序的加工，這種方法可以提高加工效率、工件表面的精度，縮短了生產(chǎn)周期。本文介紹了寶雞機床廠36F車銑復合機床的基本特性，重點研究了典型軸類零件在車銑復合機床上加工的工藝及其編程注意事項。

The Machining Process of Typical Parts on a Turn-mill Machine

Abstract：In turn-mill machine， parts can be clamped only once to complete all turning operations and milling operations from blank to finished product， which can improve the processing efficiency， the accuracy of the workpiece surface， and shorten the production cycle. This paper introduces the basic characteristics of 36F turn-mill composite machine tool of Baoji Machine Tool Factory， and focuses on the processing process and programming precautions of typical shaft parts on turn-milling composite machine tools.
