汽車檢具關(guān)鍵技術(shù)的研究

摘 要：汽車檢具的一些關(guān)鍵技術(shù)未能突破，比如某些“特殊孔”的位置度難以通過常規(guī)檢測銷檢測。為解決此問題，根據(jù)尺寸工程的原理，設(shè)計一種檢測銷機構(gòu)，不僅可以檢測上述“特殊孔”的位置度，還可以檢測面輪廓度。

Research on key technologies of automobile inspection tools

Abstract：Some key technologies of automobile inspection tools failed to break through， for example， the position of some "special holes" is difficult to be inspected by conventional inspection pins. In order to solve this problem， according to the principle of dimension engineering， a detection pin mechanism is designed， which can not only detect the position of the above-mentioned "special hole"， but also detect tolerances of profile.
