摘 要:汽車(chē)檢具的一些關(guān)鍵技術(shù)未能突破,比如某些“特殊孔”的位置度難以通過(guò)常規(guī)檢測(cè)銷(xiāo)檢測(cè)。為解決此問(wèn)題,根據(jù)尺寸工程的原理,設(shè)計(jì)一種檢測(cè)銷(xiāo)機(jī)構(gòu),不僅可以檢測(cè)上述“特殊孔”的位置度,還可以檢測(cè)面輪廓度。

Research on key technologies of automobile inspection tools

Abstract:Some key technologies of automobile inspection tools failed to break through, for example, the position of some "special holes" is difficult to be inspected by conventional inspection pins. In order to solve this problem, according to the principle of dimension engineering, a detection pin mechanism is designed, which can not only detect the position of the above-mentioned "special hole", but also detect tolerances of profile.
