摘 要:當(dāng)前,我國本科層次職業(yè)教育院校來源復(fù)雜,本科層次職業(yè)教育的人才培養(yǎng)目標不明確、不統(tǒng)一。人才培養(yǎng)模式是實現(xiàn)人才培養(yǎng)目標的橋梁和紐帶。通過調(diào)研分析,指出了目前本科層次職業(yè)教育的人才培養(yǎng)過程中存在的問題,提出了優(yōu)化人才培養(yǎng)模式的建議。具有科學(xué)性和前瞻性的人才培養(yǎng)模式是提升人才培養(yǎng)質(zhì)量的前提條件。

Research on the Training Mode of Vocational Education Talents at the Undergraduate Level

——Taking Mechanical Design and Manufacturing as an example

Abstract:At present, the sources of undergraduate-level vocational education colleges in China are complex, and the talent training goals of undergraduate-level vocational education are not clear and unified. The talent training model is a bridge and link to achieve the goal of talent training. Through investigation and analysis, the problems existing in the current talent training process of undergraduate-level vocational education are pointed out, and suggestions are put forward to optimize the talent training mode. A scientific and forward-looking talent training model is a prerequisite for improving the quality of talent training.
