工匠精神視域下高職院?，F代學徒制人才培養(yǎng)模式探討

摘 要 文章在剖析工匠精神的內涵和現代學徒制的本質的基礎上，深入分析了工匠精神與現代學徒制的內在契合點，并從跨學科融合、引入國際元素、創(chuàng)新評價體系等方面提出高職院?，F代學徒制人才培養(yǎng)模式的創(chuàng)新策略，以期為高職教育質量提升和學生職業(yè)素養(yǎng)培養(yǎng)提供理論與實踐參考。

Abstract On the basis of analyzing the connotation of craftsmanship spirit and the essence of modern apprenticeship system， this article delves into the inherent connection between craftsmanship spirit and modern apprenticeship system， and proposes innovative strategies for talent cultivation mode of modern apprenticeship system in vocational colleges from the perspectives of interdisciplinary integration， introduction of international elements， and innovative evaluation system， in order to provide theoretical and practical references for improving the quality of vocational education and cultivating students' professional qualities.
