氣質(zhì)聯(lián)用技術(shù)在食品添加劑檢測中的研究
摘 要:本文分析了氣質(zhì)聯(lián)用技術(shù)在食品添加劑檢測中的應(yīng)用,詳細(xì)探討了其在各類食品添加劑檢測中的作用,分析認(rèn)為該技術(shù)雖有優(yōu)勢,但仍受樣品前處理、設(shè)備、人員及環(huán)境等因素影響。鑒于此,應(yīng)依據(jù)添加劑特性優(yōu)化前處理流程,加大設(shè)備資金投入,強(qiáng)化人員培訓(xùn),嚴(yán)格把控環(huán)境條件,從而提高檢測準(zhǔn)確性。

Abstract: This paper analyzes the application of gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS) in the detection of food additives, and discusses its role in the detection of various food additives in detail. The analysis shows that although this technology has advantages, it is still affected by sample pretreatment, equipment, personnel and environment. In view of this, the pre-treatment process should be optimized based on the characteristics of additives, equipment funding should be increased, personnel training should be strengthened, and environmental conditions should be strictly controlled to improve detection accuracy.
