食品獸藥殘留檢測(cè)中的常用方法研究

摘 要：本文分析了當(dāng)前常用的幾種食品獸藥殘留檢測(cè)方法，包括氣相色譜法、高效液相色譜法、氣相色譜-質(zhì)譜聯(lián)用法、酶聯(lián)免疫吸附測(cè)定法和生物傳感器技術(shù)等。分析認(rèn)為，各種方法在靈敏度、準(zhǔn)確性、操作便捷性等方面各有優(yōu)劣，且適用于不同類型的樣品。

Research on Common Methods in the Detection of Food Veterinary Drug Residues

Abstract： In this paper， several commonly used methods for the detection of food and veterinary drug residues were analyzed， including gas chromatography， high performance liquid chromatography， gas chromatography-mass spectrometry， enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay and biosensor technology. According to the analysis， each method has its own advantages and disadvantages in terms of sensitivity， accuracy， and convenience of operation， and is suitable for different types of samples.
