食品流通環(huán)節(jié)中的合理合規(guī)銷(xiāo)售策略探討
摘 要:本文分析了當(dāng)前食品流通中存在的食品安全監(jiān)管不足、物流與儲(chǔ)存條件不合格、假冒偽劣食品流通以及食品追溯體系不完善等關(guān)鍵問(wèn)題,提出從加強(qiáng)政府監(jiān)管與行業(yè)自律、優(yōu)化冷鏈物流設(shè)施、打擊違法行為和完善食品追溯體系等方面著手,提升食品流通環(huán)節(jié)的整體安全性和透明度,推動(dòng)行業(yè)健康可持續(xù)發(fā)展。

Exploration of Reasonable and Compliant Sales Strategies in the Food Circulation Process

Abstract: This paper analyzes the key problems existing in the current food circulation, such as insufficient food safety supervision, unqualified logistics and storage conditions, fake and shoddy food circulation, and imperfect food traceability system, and proposes to strengthen government supervision and industry self-discipline, optimize cold chain logistics facilities, crack down on illegal behaviors and improve the food traceability system, etc., to improve the overall safety and transparency of food circulation links and promote the healthy and sustainable development of the industry.
