食品檢測技術(shù)在食品行業(yè)中的作用及應(yīng)用策略研究

摘 要：本文分析食品檢測技術(shù)在確保食品質(zhì)量安全、維護(hù)市場秩序和促進(jìn)行業(yè)可持續(xù)發(fā)展中的關(guān)鍵作用，并提出提高食品檢測技術(shù)應(yīng)用效果以保障食品安全的策略，如加強(qiáng)檢測技術(shù)研發(fā)創(chuàng)新、完善檢測標(biāo)準(zhǔn)、提高檢測人員綜合能力、定期更新與維護(hù)檢測設(shè)備、采用數(shù)字技術(shù)提高檢測效果等，以增強(qiáng)食品安全保障的全面性和時(shí)效性。

Abstract： This paper analyzes the critical role of food detection technology in ensuring food quality and safety， maintaining market order， and promoting the sustainable development of the industry， and puts forward strategies to improve the application effect of food testing technology to ensure food safety， such as strengthening research and development innovation of testing technology， improving testing standards， improving the comprehensive ability of testing personnel， regularly updating and maintaining testing equipment， and using digital technology to improve the testing effect， so as to enhance the comprehensiveness and timeliness of food safety protection.
