保健食品非法添加現(xiàn)狀、原因及對策

摘 要：隨著人們健康意識的不斷提高和對生活品質(zhì)的追求，保健食品市場蓬勃發(fā)展，但非法添加問題凸顯，擾亂了市場秩序，影響了消費(fèi)者的健康與權(quán)益。本文簡要概括保健食品中常見非法添加物的種類及非法添加實(shí)例，闡述非法添加的原因并提出改善對策，為保障保健食品質(zhì)量安全提供參考。

Current Situation， Causes and Countermeasures of Illegal Addition of Health Food

Abstract： With the continuous improvement of people’s health awareness and the pursuit of quality of life， the health food market has flourished， but the problem of illegal addition has become prominent， disrupting the market order and affecting the health and rights of consumers. This paper briefly summarizes the types of common illegal additives in health food and the examples of illegal addition， expounds the reasons of illegal addition， and puts forward countermeasures to provide reference for ensuring the quality and safety of health food.
