新形勢下的食品安全行政執(zhí)法問題研究

摘 要：食品安全關(guān)系到人們的身體健康和社會的發(fā)展。食品安全行政執(zhí)法工作的順利開展，能夠有效保障人們的食品安全，保護消費者健康權(quán)益和財產(chǎn)權(quán)益。本文主要分析新形勢下的食品安全行政執(zhí)法問題，并提出食品安全行政執(zhí)法水平的提升策略，旨在為相關(guān)工作者提供借鑒。

Abstract： Food safety is related to people’s health and social development. The smooth development of food safety administrative law enforcement can effectively ensure people’s food safety and protect consumers’ health rights and property rights. This paper mainly analyzes the problems of food safety administrative law enforcement under the new situation， and puts forward strategies to improve the level of food safety administrative law enforcement， aiming to provide reference for relevant workers.
