摘 要:本文概述了復合膳食纖維的概念與特性以及果蔬制品作為膳食纖維載體的優(yōu)勢,介紹了不同劑型的復合膳食纖維果蔬制品,探討了復合膳食纖維果蔬制品的制備方法,分析了復合膳食纖維果蔬制品在膳食調控中的作用,旨在為該類制品在膳食調控領域的合理應用提供科學依據(jù)。

Abstract: This article provides an overview of the concept and characteristics of composite dietary fiber, as well as the advantages of fruit and vegetable products as carriers of dietary fiber. Different formulations of composite dietary fiber fruit and vegetable products are introduced, and the preparation methods of composite dietary fiber fruit and vegetable products are discussed. The role of composite dietary fiber fruit and vegetable products in dietary regulation is analyzed, aiming to provide scientific basis for the rational application of such products in the field of dietary regulation.
