摘 要：本文詳細(xì)闡述了食品接觸材料中熒光增白劑的研究進(jìn)展，包括其種類、性質(zhì)、遷移規(guī)律、檢測方法以及安全性評估等方面。分析了熒光增白劑在不同食品接觸材料中的應(yīng)用現(xiàn)狀和潛在風(fēng)險，概述了目前常用的檢測技術(shù)，并探討了未來的研究方向，旨在為保障食品安全和規(guī)范食品接觸材料的使用提供全面的理論依據(jù)和技術(shù)支持。

Abstract： In this paper， the research progress of fluorescent brighteners in food contact materials is elaborated in detail， including their types， properties， migration rules， detection methods and safety evaluation. This paper analyzes the application status and potential risks of fluorescent brighteners in different food contact materials， summarizes the commonly used detection technologies， and discusses future research directions， aiming to provide a comprehensive theoretical basis and technical support for ensuring food safety and standardizing the use of food contact materials.
