淺探課程OBE改造對教師能力持續(xù)提升的影響
摘要:成果導(dǎo)向教育即OBE是一種卓有成效的工程人才培養(yǎng)教育理念。本文從對《機械制造基礎(chǔ)》進行課程OBE改造出發(fā),緊緊圍繞OBE四個核心問題,結(jié)合作者在課程OBE改造親身感受,另辟蹊徑,闡述課程OBE改造對教師能力持續(xù)提升的影響。

Exploring the impact of course OBE reform on the continuous improvement of teachers' abilities

Abstract:Outcome Based Education, also known as OBE, is an effective educational concept for cultivating engineering talents. Starting from the OBE reform of the course "Fundamentals of Mechanical Manufacturing", this article closely revolves around the four core issues of OBE, and combines the author's personal experience in the OBE reform of the course to explore a new way to explain the impact of OBE reform on the continuous improvement of teachers' abilities.
